A. Installation of Stone veneer Sheets ( Normal Opaque)

1. Pasting on Plywood: Silicon based adhesive. You can use any silicon adhesive for interiors or on plywood. Place the silicon adhesive on the backside of sheets and on plywood or place where you want to fix the sheet, let it dry and then fix the sheet. In this way we don't have to hold the sheet on plywood.  

2. Pasting on Walls: Silicon based adhesive. You can also use silicon adhesive for interiors on walls. Place the silicon adhesive on the backside of sheets and on wall or place where you want to fix the sheet, let it dry and then fix the sheet. 

In this way we don't have to hold the sheet. PU Based adhesive. For exteriors, we strongly recommend to use pu based adhesive like Superflex of Kerrakol of Italy or Ceralastic from Mepai of Italy or any other similar adhesive. Superflex and Ceralastic are available Worldwide. Superflex/Ceralastic are two Components adhesive (one is resin and other is hardener). Mix both place adhesive around the corners of the backside of sheets then zig zag in the middle. Then fix the sheet at desired place.

 Protection:

 After application, we strongly recommend to use the stone sealer on surface of sheet for weather protection. Use any good quality stone sealer and rub it on surface of sheet with the help of brush or roller or as as directed. By using it dust will not accumulated on surface of sheet and also no watermarks will appear on sheet. You can use any good stone sealer available there.

B. Installation of Stone Veneer Sheets ( Translucent): 

Attach the stone panel to the translucent acrylic first, then attach it to the frame at the work site using clear silicone adhesive.
The panel should be 12-15 cm away from the light source to prevent burn marks.
